There's a reason he called them royalty, the ruling class. Over the millennium, they have assumed the position of enforcing our rules...which actually translates to punishing transgressors. They fulfill that duty decisively.
They didn't hunt the way other of their kind did --- they weren't suppose to be dangerous to our tribe. So my great-grandfather made a truce with them. If they would promise to stay off our lands, we wouldn't expose them to the pale-faces.
